To access and use our Services, you must create an account with us. You can create an account by signing up through Apple, through Google Account or providing your email address and a password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

The Services allow you to create categories for your clothes, upload pictures of your clothes, and create outfits by combining your clothes together.

You may only use the Services for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Usage. You agree not to use the Services:

- In any way that is fraudulent, false, or misleading

- To upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code

- To collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

- To harass, abuse, or harm others

- To infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

- To post or transmit any content that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

- We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Usage or any applicable law or regulation.

NOTE: Please consider that the AI-powered recommendations provided by the app are for informational purposes only. it is important to remember that these recommendations are generated based on various factors and may not always be perfect or aligned with personal preferences. The app does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the recommendations, and the final choice and responsibility lie with the user.

The What2Wear app offers a paid subscription that provides access to additional features and content. The subscription fee will be charged to your account at the beginning of each subscription period.

The subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal by going to your account settings in the app store.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Services at any time without notice and without any refunds.

We may also terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Usage or any applicable law or regulation.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall What2Wear, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Usage at any time. We will notify users of any material changes to these Terms of Usage by posting a notice on our website or within the app.

Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms of Usage.

These Terms of Usage constitute the entire agreement between you and What2Wear with respect to the use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms of Usage is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Usage shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Usage are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with our prior written consent.

We may assign, transfer, or delegate any of our rights and obligations under these Terms of Usage without your consent.
